What's the Job? 

StableLogic are growing rapidly and are seeking someone with excitement, commitment and passion to grow with us. This role is to expand our telecommunications analyst team, who are focused on supporting customers on all aspects of telecommunications - from analysing costs to managing the installation of new lines.

As a Telecommunications Analyst, you will provide support to the team from day one. Some previous experience of telecommunications would be useful, but not essential.

The role is adaptable - we are interested both in people new to the industry as well as those who have many years experience, for example re-entering the industry after a break.

An interest in technology, fix and mobile communications and good communications skills are essential. Good maths skills, ideally including the use of Excel, are also important.

A day in the life of a Telecommunications Analyst would include...

  • Working with clients on a daily basis
  • Advising on both fixed and mobile telecommunications services
  • Auditing telecommunications services and advising on cost saving
  • Auditing telecommunications costs
  • Order new services on behalf of clients
  • Investigating potential solutions in the market


Prior Experience & Essential Skills

This is an entry level role so no direct experience is required. Previous experience would be advantageous but not compulsory.

  • Good communication skills - on emails and telephone
  • Reasonable maths skills
  • An interest in technology
  • Excellent organisational skills
