StableLogic has been appointed by a European customer transport company to review their customer communication strategy and to develop a plan for the future.  The client provides long distant transport for consumers across 6 European countries.  Key challenges include the multiple communication channels used by the client’s customers and the need to operate in multiple languages.

The scope of the project includes the following:

  • Contact Centre
  • Web Site
  • Apps
  • Social Media
  • Ticketing
  • SMS
  • Email

StableLogic’s role is to map the entire customer experience.  A key part of the project is to research the current service with customers and employees.  Finally, StableLogic will undertake a detailed analysis, develop a series of options and make recommendations on a future strategy.
