The client provides long distant transport for consumers across 6 European countries. Key challenges include the multiple communication channels used by the client’s customers and the need to operate in multiple languages. The scope of the project includes the following: Contact Centre Web Site Apps Social Media Ticketing SMS Email StableLogic’s role is to map the entire customer experience. A key part of the project is to research the current service with customers and employees. Finally, StableLogic will undertake a detailed analysis, develop a series of options and make recommendations on a future strategy.
